1) What is the weight capacity for my Futon Frame or set?
With normal use, two people weighing 250 pounds or less, can sit or sleep comfortably on this set. The weight must be evenly disbursed over the futon set.
2) Will standard bedding fit our full or queen-size futon mattress?
Yes, standard bedding works for both full and queen-size mattresses.
3) How do I obtain any missing assembly parts that were missing?
If there is an off-chance parts that are missing from your frameset, contact us by sending a message, and we'll get you the parts you need upon verification.
4) My mattress seems a little wrinkled, should this concern me?
The mattress has been compressed and sealed for efficient and secure shipping and handling. The mattress will lose the wrinkles after roughly a week after being unraveled.
5) The mattress frame will not stay in the sitting position, what should I look for?
The seat deck may be missing the four plastic stoppers that will catch the front rail (stretcher). Check under the seat deck to see if they have been assembled correctly by referring to the assembly instructions that were enclosed. For further questions or concerns, please send us a message.

7) I bought a frame and mattress set, and the mattress seems to slide off of the frame. What can I do?
That's an easy one. Just send us a message and we'll point you to a futon gripper, which will help keep the futon mattress in place.
8) I have children and pets. What can I use to protect my futon mattress?
Just contact us, and we'll point you to a futon mattress protector.
9) How do returns work?
You first need to send us a message, and obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without prior consent. You may return this futon frame and mattress, in unused condition, and in original packaging within 30 days, at your expense. Please note: If the frame or mattress shows signs of wear, is damaged or soiled, or has any type of odors, perfumes, or pet hair, and is not resaleable as new, the amount of the refund will be greatly reduced or no refund will be given, and the frame and mattress will be donated. If the customer wants the frame or mattress back, they will be responsible for the cost to send the futon frame and, or mattress back to you.
10) I have a damage claim.
Always inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and refuse items if there is massive visible damage. Any concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Start by sending us a message. We will ask for photos of damaged items. It's faster and easier for us to replace pieces or parts, rather than sending another entire frame. Plus, this way you can use the frame, while waiting for the replacement parts. As always, start by sending a message to us.
